Invest In Yourself!

TAKING THE FIRST STEP IS THE HARDEST

I know seeking therapy takes courage. You've already shown incredible strength by looking for help. As someone who believes in the power of therapy, I understand that talking about personal issues can bring up difficult emotions.

Here's what I want you to know: It's okay to not have all the answers right now. My job is to guide you through this process at a pace that feels comfortable while gently challenging you to grow.

GIVE YOURSELF PERMISSION

Sometimes we need permission to prioritize our mental health. Today, give yourself permission to:

  • Be honest about your struggles

  • Ask for the help you deserve

  • Make time for what truly matters

  • Let go of what's not serving you

A PERSONAL NOTE

When I'm not in session with clients, you'll find me curled up in a blanket with a good book - it's honestly my favorite thing in the world. I love spending time with my husband and our four children. I'm a bonus mom to two high school age kids and a bio mom to two children who are in primary school. Our blended family keeps life interesting, and our favorite vacation destination is Disneyland (yes, I'm one of those Disney adults!).

My husband and I are originally from Ohio, so we understand what it's like to build a new life in a different place and create your own community. I'm a proud Arizona Cardinals fan and regularly attend games - there's something about the energy and community of live sports that I absolutely love.

These personal experiences aren't just small talk; they're part of who I am, and I believe bringing your whole self to your work makes you a better therapist. Understanding the complexities of blended families, the challenges of parenting children at different stages, and the experience of starting over in a new place all inform how I support my clients.

Start your transformation today.

You don't have to stay stuck in patterns of stress, overwhelm, or self-doubt. Individual therapy can help you build the confidence, boundaries, and self-compassion you need to thrive.
